How does this process work?

Healing takes a lot of time, accountability and presence within oneself, but with some help, you can achieve faster results, hold the space for yourself while you let go of all that does not serve you a little more deeply, and work through all your issues in a supportive way. This is where I come in. 

Through my many years of energy work, I will be helping you out on your journey to your highest potential, by guiding you into certain meditative practices and helping you through inner inquiry, while also working on you energetically.

How will I help you do this? 

Through my 3-step process: Clearing, Activating and Innerstanding, each month, in different and strategic ways.

Let’s go deeper into what these steps involve:

Step 1: CLEARING

I will guide you into using a special breathwork, focusing on releasing a specific emotion from the body.
While you do the breathwork to release the emotion, I will work energetically on you to help clear it out even more deeply.

Step 2: ACTIVATING

I will be guiding you into a visualization to focus on and activate a particular energy centre or a part of your energetic system, in order to bring it to its highest functionality (frequency).
While you do the visualization, I work on you energetically to help you elevate and hold the frequency.
 

Step 3: INNERSTANDING

I will be presenting you certain questions aligned with the theme of the month, which you will then apply onto yourself and your life, by deeply analyzing your inner states during the duration of the month.
Through this self-inquiry process, you will be able to reveal and expose parts of your psyche that needed to be seen and brought to the surface, thus giving you a better understanding of how you function within.
The revelations and insights you gain through this process can also be shared, to your will, in our private Facebook group, that will be created for the purpose of sharing our experiences with others going through similar journeys, and holding the space for each other.

Since this is an ongoing monthly membership program, each month you will be presented with a different theme of emotional release, activation and inner inquiry, allowing you to address different parts of yourself.

Once the membership program begins, you will then automatically be charged every 1st of the month, starting February 2023.
